1. Delivery Times The total time to receive your order is divided into two main phases:

Processing Time (1–3 working days, Monday to Friday): This includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control, packaging, and shipping preparation.

Delivery Time (5–7 business days): This is the estimated time your package will take from the logistics center to reach your delivery address.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or high shipping volumes. While we do everything possible to deliver within these timeframes, these estimates depend on third-party carriers and logistics services.
2. Shipping Fees We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these taxes and cannot predict their exact amount. We primarily use reliable international carriers to facilitate smooth transit.
5. Incorrect Delivery Address & Unclaimed Packages It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, secure, and complete. To help ensure a smooth delivery, providing a valid phone number is highly encouraged. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or if it is left unclaimed, the costs for re-shipping will be at the customer's expense.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking information indicates it is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
