This website is operated by Lune Dor. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” “our” and “operator” refer to Lune Dor. Lune Dor offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By accessing our site and/or purchasing anything from us, you agree to our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

ARTICLE 2 - SECURE PAYMENT, BILLING & PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE

1. Accepted Methods and Security: We accept major credit cards and other alternative payment methods through our secure payment gateway. Your payment information is processed securely. We comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). Credit card data is always encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transfers over networks. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Cardholder Responsibility: As a cardholder, you are responsible for knowing the laws regarding online purchases in your country of residence. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the credit/debit card being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the card to use it.

3. Billing Descriptor: Depending on your location and the payment method used, the charge on your credit card or bank statement will appear as "Lune Dor"


ARTICLE 3 - ANTI-FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY

1. Order Verification: To protect against fraud, we reserve the right to request additional verification (such as a photo ID or proof of address) before processing an order, especially for high-value transactions or orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match.

2. Chargebacks and Disputes: We strive for excellent customer service. If you have an issue with your order (e.g., non-delivery, damaged item, or you wish to request a refund), you must contact us first at info@lune-dor.com to resolve the issue before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Fraudulent chargebacks (e.g., claiming an item was not received when tracking shows it was delivered) will be legally disputed and may result in the customer being banned from future purchases and reported to relevant authorities.


ARTICLE 4 - THE OFFER AND PRICING

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. All images, specifications, and data are indicative. We cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen correspond exactly to the real colors of the products.

Pricing and Taxes: All prices listed on the site do not include customs clearance costs, import duties, or local taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. For international deliveries, the postal and/or courier service will collect import VAT and duties from the recipient of the goods upon arrival in the destination country.


ARTICLE 5 - ORDER MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics center to ensure fast dispatch. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If you no longer want the item, you must wait to receive the package and follow our standard 30-Day Return Policy.


ARTICLE 6 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The place of delivery is the address provided by the consumer during checkout.

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (estimated). While we execute orders expeditiously, external factors (customs, extreme weather, carrier delays) may affect delivery times. If an order is severely delayed or lost in transit, we will conduct an investigation and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our Shipping Policy. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the time of delivery to the consumer.


ARTICLE 7 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings (if the seal is broken) and intimate goods cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our Asian warehouse. If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the costs or provide a free replacement. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for full instructions. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.


ARTICLE 8 - COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints about the implementation of the agreement or product defects must be submitted to us via info@lune-dor.com within 7 days of finding the defect, fully and clearly described. We will respond within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is justified, we will replace or repair the delivered products free of charge, or issue a refund.


ARTICLE 9 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. To ensure a clear legal framework for all transactions processed through our store: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Hong Kong (HK). Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this website, our products, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
